You agree that your access to, and use of, this website is subject to these terms and all applicable laws, and is at your own risk. This website and its contents are provided to you on “as is” basis, the website may contain errors, faults and inaccuracies and may not be complete and current. In the instance of any inaccuracy on the website, The Wool Room (ABN 1316877615) retains the right to cancel an order.

The Wool Room may exchange your personal information with our related companies and with third party service providers who assist us with payment, marketing, data processing, banking, delivery and other services. By ordering or registering on thewoolroom.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Wool Room reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Order Cancellation

If notified before products have been dispatched, The Wool Room can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Order Shipping

Customers who choose Standard Shipping give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. The Wool Room will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.

The delivery times provided by thewoolroom.com.au are estimates only. The Wool Room will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. The Wool Room ships orders three days a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “Last house at end of driveway”, “Office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as “Deliver between 1-2pm” or “Leave parcel in garden shed”. The Wool Room cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.

Our free shipping offers are regular parcel delivery within Australia.

Reward Points

For every $1.00 (AUD) you spend online at The Wool Room, you will earn 1 reward point. Reward points are automatically credited to a registered account upon the successful completion of an order. No reward points are credited to guest checkouts or refunded or cancelled orders. Reward points are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You can redeem reward points at My Account. If you have accumulated enough reward points to redeem them you will have the option of using points to obtain coupons and rewards. These coupons and rewards can be used at checkout. Redeemable coupons and rewards expire within 30 days of activation and can be used in conjunction with other payment methods. You can check your reward points at My Account.

Gift Cards 

Gift cards becomes effective upon the successful completion of an order and are valid for 3 years from this date. You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to any gift card is accurate, complete and up to date. Gift cards cannot be cancelled after the successful completion of an order. Gift cards may be used in conjunction with other payment methods at checkout.

GST & Taxes

All prices quoted on thewoolroom.com.au are INCLUSIVE of Australian GST (10%), but do NOT including freight and handling charges, and is based on cash or direct deposit payments only. International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacement

You must contact The Wool Room first prior to returning any products for refunds or warranty.

If products received are not as ordered, please inform The Wool Room within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, do not open or use the products as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns. Returns must be made within a month, in as new condition with tags attached, unless faulty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear, earring or alike purchases unless faulty within the warranty period. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

When goods are returned within warranty period, and the product is no longer available or repairable, The Wool Room will replace with equal or similar product and if not possible, offer a credit/refund at the current market value less our restocking fee solely at our discretion. Within ACCC guidelines for the refund of goods under warranty, if the goods returned have had a fair amount of use, The Wool Room is allowed to offer partial refund or replacement only. The Wool Room restocking fee is calculated based on the time period the product has been purchased, as shown on the date of the invoice. If products returned within 1 month, it will carry a 0% restocking fee, within 3 months – 50%, and no refund will be offered after 3 months.

The Wool Room DOES NOT accept returns for refunds, credit or exchanges based on incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods, please select your goods carefully before placing your order or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided.

The Wool Room DOES NOT accept returns or refunds for goods returned which have been used, damaged or modified, as we will not be able to return the product to our supplier.

The Wool Room DOES NOT offer ‘instant’ replacement or ‘advance’ replacement.

Shipping costs or any financial charges are non-refundable.
