Corriedale wool has a defined, even crimp and smooth texture, which makes it easy to spin or felt. You can spin a fine to medium woollen, worsted or semi-worsted yarn with it. After washing, it bulks up and maintains good elasticity, making it ideal for use in baby wear, as well as woven, knitted, or crocheted garments.
The Ashford Corriedale sliver is a 100% New Zealand product that uses wool from pasture-fed sheep. The farmers we work with take great pride in the quality of their wool and their high standard of animal husbandry. The sheep are well-cared for and are not subjected to mulesing. After the sheep are shorn, we carefully skirt and check the wool on the farm. Only clean, sound, and good fiber length, bulk, and color wool is selected. We then send the wool to a boutique New Zealand mill to be dyed, carded, and combed.

Returns must be made within a month, in as new condition with tags attached, unless faulty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear, earring or alike purchases unless faulty within the warranty period. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
When goods are returned within warranty period, and the product is no longer available or repairable, The Wool Room will replace with equal or similar product and if not possible, offer a credit/refund at the current market value less our restocking fee solely at our discretion.
