Discover the joy of transforming a bundle of natural wool fibre into a needle felted animal with this gorgeous craft kit for adults and teens. It makes the perfect gift for someone creative who loves using their imagination.
Needle felting is a form of sculpture using a barbed needle and carded wool roving. It is easy to master and the techniques are fairly simple and repetitive. This kit has been designed for people who love making things with their hands. Anyone who enjoys craft can give this project a go and make a cute little raccoon to be proud of.
Inside the box you will find lots of cruelty-free natural wool in shades of grey, cream, yellow, green and brown. Plus armature wires to make your creature pose and move if you are into stop frame animation! There are full photographic, step-by-step instruction cards, a needle felting basics guide, a pair of glossy eye pins and three specialist needles.
A large bath or car sponge or a soft cushion will do if you are just beginning, we have the perfect felting foam available or a clover felting mat.
